Even though I had placed an order on Thursday morning - could not do an overnight or Saturday shipping option. The earliest option of getting the order there would be a Tuesday, with 2 day shipping. After choosing this option and paying extra, my order still didn't arrive until Weds. I felt like any high end product should be able to accommodate last minute shipping options.
Everything from shipping to taste is well above expectations.
What is the point of picking a ship date if one can't pick a delivery date? That is what matters. My shipment was was delivered three days after the ship date, but there was no guarantee of when it would arrive. I wanted it to be at my mom's house for her 90th birthday and the delivery missed which caused disappointment. I will not be using this service again - doesn't even matter about how good the product is -- the shipping/delivery system is not specific enough and not explained well enough. So, moving on to another vendor.
Excellent product, timely delivery and they stand behind their product. Crab cakes came totally defrosted and when I asked customer service if I could re-freeze or keep in refrigerator for a certain amount of time, a kindly service rep simply arranged to send me a replacement.
Item ordered was delivered spoiled. After two days of discussions with customer service a refund was to be processed. Additionally a coupon was to be emailed for a future order to win my business back. After a week no refund has been processed and no coupon delivered. Overall complete failure on the entire order.

Not only did everything arrive on time, taste outstanding, and come with a coupon for future purchase, but they took the time to call to make certain we were happy with our purchase.
I'm a rib guy for 40 years. Always Q my own on a Weber kettle. Got these for my bro in law for x-mas, and I just had to try them for myself. As far as pre-cooked, vacuum packed ribs go I give them an average rating. They are better than the Kroger or local pre-cooked but those aren't $114 for what Chicago Steak calls 3 slabs. NOT!! You actually get about 2 total slabs. Packaging is 3 pks/2lbs per pack, including at least 1/2lb of q- sauce packed in the 2lb rib package. A normal slab of baby backs is 3/4lbs, 11/13 bone. These ribs are ok, but I will not buy again. Way over priced..Just my opinion.
The order process was the eskers ever. They arrived forzen and on time. The hamburgers are great. The filets are mouth watering. This was a great experience.
The steaks and burgers were absolutely delicious. They arrived early and were soon devoured. The best I have had in no telling when....
Usually buy 6-8oz Filets with the Sirloin Chunks. Noticed the last 2 purchases that the pre-slices were bigger requiring me to cut chunks smaller manually. So either don't bother pre cut or cut them smaller like you used to. Don't mind paying the high prices but the bar for the best is high. What is most disturbing is the coupons. They essentially cover the delivery fee which is a con. It is also unusual that immediately following delivery you swamp me with more ads and deals! Do you expect me to order again right away? Don't do that, Otherwise, when it's time to eat, Chicago steaks are delicious. Thank you!

We've only tried the sirloin steak it was very tender and very favorable compared to meat in the supermarket
The Steak Burgers were delivered on time. They were well packaged in very good looking boxes. All was looking good and then I opened one of the boxes. The Burgers resembled the packages of 'pink slime' that were in the news a couple of years ago. Poor color, horrid texture and not suitable to serve to guests. I gave them all away...
Reason for giving a 3: Well I called to change my order literally 2 minutes after and the order was still not changed after I was told it would be changed. Disappointed for such an expensive order.. And I have ordered at lest 2-3 times previously. Not too keen nor trusting of the customer service you have
Ordering was flawless, delivery was as I requested. As for the steaks they were the best I have ever had in any restaurant. Could not have been better. I will definitely order again and recommend to my friends.
This was the first time we ordered these bone-in filets and they exceeded our expectations! Very tender, flavorful, and they do melt in your mouth!! We highly recommend this product!
Sorry... I'm assuming the steaks are good as depicted on the web-site, but don't really know as they were intended as a gift for someone else. My problem is that we were led to believe that the steaks were to be delivered on a Wed. a week after they were ordered, however, the steaks were not delivered until the following Friday.
The steaks we received were as good as you can find. Shipping was good everything still frozen upon arrival.

May 01,2016I've ordered before and the steals were very good. I'm sure the steaks will still be good. However this time the order was incorrect, not enough dry ice was used and burgers began to thaw. Lastly the 4oz burgers were average.
