Dec 20,2019I purchased two sets of icicle lights for my windows. They are beautiful. They look good even unlit. They are suitable for indoor and outdoor use and the wiring is extremely sturdy. Very well made compared to the many others I have looked at in shops. I would highly recommend. They arrived very well packaged and well within the 3-5 day delivery time specified. I am very pleased with my purchase and would buy again from this company.

Dec 19,2019After ordering online I never did receive the dispatch email I was told to expect but I had a very quick Royal Mail delivery ... unfortunately I then discovered the light set I received was not the one I had ordered. A quick email to customer services over the weekend and Daniel immediately got the correct order dispatched and that arrived even quicker than the first. The company must be very busy at this time of year and that was a great response from customer services. A pity that because of the original mistake I cannot give the five star rating the company would have otherwise received.
