Dec 18,2019I ordered 2 items, a 3ft tree for my living room and a 2d LED tree for my bedroom. Both looked great until the LED one stopped working completely and the lights in the 3ft tree started flickering and sometime wouldn't work at all. I called up and was given a refund for one of them, upon request and the other one was replaced promptly. The service I received over the phone was amazing. Thank you.

Dec 17,2019Urgent replacement as our newish tree lights failed (fine before they were put up, of course) Not expensive but are far and away the best tree lights I've ever had. The concentration of so many lights on the string is really effective. Happy to recommend to anyone. Glad the old ones packed up now, wouldn't ever go back to filament bulbs again.
