I run a self love yoga retreat and this product was our number one for gut care, we served this every morning for our retreaters mixing it with Raspberries, Strawberries, Mango and Banana. We used an only the natural sweetness of the fruit! This is perfect for self care, I can't recommend it enough!

Jun 18,2024I have been using CG Kifir and Prebiotic for several years. I had a lot of gut issues and they are completely resolved. This year I had Covid and felt lousy. Dreadful headache, throat, very painful congested sinus. I decided to try CG oil (not Natural clean essential oil) havenāt tried that yet ! I used a plug-in steam vaporiser with a few drops of oil added to the water. It was a game changer. It started to ease all my symptoms. I used it for several days, AM and PM. I also use it on return flight trips. I canāt praise the oil highly enough and CG as a company. Always so helpful.

Jun 17,2024Hiā¦for anyone out there who have heard of Kefir and wondered if it is as good as it sounds in regards to health benefits the answer is a resounding YES!!!ā¦.last year I landed up in hospital with a severe infection in my colon and was treated like it was sepsis as the infection was so strongā¦.i came home and I struggled to eat anything without severe stomach cramps and toilet problems šā¦.a relative told me to try kefir from Chuckling goats but also assured me to not try the supermarket kefir as it has additives whereas chuckling goats kefir is original with no additives so I took her word and I tried itā¦.at first I couldnāt take it as i didnāt like the taste but I was then told to try blending blueberries with it and that done the trick and i have taken this every day now for over a year and what a transformation! My weight has stayed stableā¦.my grandson still comes home from nursery with all sorts of bugs and sniffles and due to kefir improving my immune system I havenāt caught any colds or bugs when other members of my family haveā¦.my nails hair and skin are healthier but it was looking into what kefir does for your gut and what your gut does for your body which was all information from Chuckling goats that has absolutely educated me and made the biggest differenceā¦.and anytime I e mail Chuckling goat and ask a question they are ALWAYS there for you and straight back with an answerā¦.what can I say other than AMAZING PRODUCT & AMAZING COMPANY who really care about your healthā¦..so again I say thank you Chuckling goats for giving me my good health back after a scary time ā¤ļø

Chuckling Goats' Goats Milk Soap is a product I can use without having to worry like I usually do, and without feeling worse than before I used it. May 30,2024Iāve been having Chuckling goat kefir for quite a few years now and credit with making my eczema almost non existent, unless for some reason I havenāt been able to get my kefir! Service is also excellent, in the early days I needed to use the lotion as well, Iām delighted to say that now itās no longer necessary for me. My larger family are also fans as it works brilliant for my grandchildren too.
