Feb 21,2024I switched from purchasing branded kefir products from a supermarket last year to trying out Chuckling Goat kefir after reading positive articles about it and also realising the difference between different brands of kefir that added sweetener’s etc. l started off by drinking the recommended small amount a day and l’ve since subscribed, taking it every day adding a few crushed defrosted blueberries to it which tastes better.
