Mar 12,2023First, Cigar Palace had the cigar that I want, the San Lotano AJ Fernandez 60-ring gauge. Secondly, the shipment was earlier than expected and it was wrapped exceptionally, with a gift certificate for being a first-time customer. Lastly, I ordered a box of 20. The cigars are less expensive than Cigar International, where I shopped for years. I’m switching to CIGAR PALACE!

Feb 08,2023Ordered from the UK on Jan 26 and took delivery on Feb 8. Can’t fault Cigar place on service. Will rest my new arrivals in a humidor for a week or two to help them get over their international travel and then write another review on quality (which I’m sure will be as good as last time). Keep up the excellent customer service guys and thank you.

Sep 28,2022I've ordered multiple times from them and have had no issues. The no tax or shipping thing really works for me. They don't always include Boveda packs which annoys me a bit but I get over it once I light one up.

Sep 15,2022Worse customer service if any of all cigar online companies. I won a bid on some cigars and have not received them . It’s been 10 days since the order. Attempted for days to contact them by phone and email with no luck.

Aug 09,2022Lets start with the good, there prices are very competitive and they have a good selection. Now t bad part, for one they cant keep the cigars I like in stock , out for now more then 3 month. Till last month they offered that if you order before 2 PM EST it will ship the same day. Did not happen and even worse my cigars where stuck in USPS container for almost a week. Now i placed another order and got confirmation that it was shipped. Checking tracking number it says it was cancelled. When ask they say it wqs shipped but they dont have any info on new tracking number. Rep talked too has attitude with nothing to backup claim other "in my expirience". Not sure what happened but this place whent from great to just plain bad

Jan 04,2020absolutely ridiculous customer service. Had a few issues with some cigars shipped to me. stuff happens. They not only made it right but went above and beyond to where I almost blushed. Great service. quality guaranty ridiculously low pricing free shipping and just all around great experience. Truly the cigar afficionado's best kept online secret. just don't tell everyone I don't need my go to online cigar vendor blowing up just yet..shhhh!

Mar 15,2019Outstanding Customer Service:- I placed an order that required international shipping. The problem was there had been no update on the tracking code on USPS for a week, it looked like it was sitting at the depot or missing. I contacted Cigar Place support and they tracked down the shipment, provided me with an alterntive tracking website & the reassurance that the freight option I had chosen covered the item if it went missing. I was impressed... They took the time to answer my question with detail. Cigar Place, in my opinion really look after their customers.

Apr 11,2023Dont waste your time. I think I have dealt with the rudest customer service person ever today, Cancelled my order and went elsewhere. Update: Yea that reason is ridiculous. And won’t be back. Been ordering from your competitors without problem.
