This is an electronic gadget rental company. You cannot expect your customers to return the phone in a perfect brand new condition. I paid for external repairs and now you are charging me again!! Ridiculous!! Do not rent from them!! This is how they earn!! By charging their customers ridiculous amount for repairs and expecting customers to return the gadget/phone back in perfect brand new condition. Even charging cable needs to be returned or else they will charge!! 2 years of usage of course there will be wear and tear!!

It was a good experience It was a good experience. The payment phone and the return of device was very easy. The thing they should more samsung or other more often rather then iphone coz not all people love to use iPhone. The price is very reasonable and their service is great 👍

This is a fair product until you do your return, and then they will charge you for items such as a sim removal tool and power cord which has a shelf life of less than the total subscription time. We are not talking a small fee either over $30 for 2 items, 1 you can’t buy replacements of and the second which costs less that $10 from apple wholesalers. Im now waiting to see what other ridiculous and outrageous charges they want to come up with to get even more money from me.

At 1st I was sceptical but after trying & been using their service. Love that the option to make a swap is super easy & smooth, of coz they’ll check your track record. The reminders that send to make sure, you’re aware of the upcoming payment is also a good service. 👍🏽 Definitely will recommend!

At first, I thought this was a scam. However, after digging, I want to give it a shot. I chose brand new for the item I subscribed to. I received my item on the 8th day, as written in the FAQ, and it was sealed, a.k.a. brand new. No kidding. I spread the news to my friends to give it a shot. This is helpful information.

To be honest I kinda like this circular more and more If u break down 2two year it's not much different. And most probably the device will be dated one year plus maybe so by then you change still cheaper abit then buyin it full. Delivery was fast. And professional jus spending amount abit low

Receiving and returning of device was smooth and hassle free. Didn’t expect to receive a brand new device still unopened in box so that was a major plus point.
