Fuss free and if you don’t want to break your bank and pay so much for a new device circular is there for you! Customer service response is fast too and if you have difficulty in paying your subscription they are always there to help !

It was my first experience renting a device from Circular and I have to share that the overall experience was very pleasant. From onset of subscription to support to returning of device, everything was seamless and support was prompt. Better if there are more devices to choose from and shorter waiting time for delivery.

Rent a phone and keeps paying monthly repayment for renting only for 12 months or more and continuing the paying for the renting and at the end we still have to return the 1st phone which we don't owe it at all , still asking people to do a swap * i think is not a win for an customer like me. I am paying a phone for months or years , which I don't owe it at all. Further more if I still want to have or keep the old phone 1st phone , I still have to pay a some of money ? Myself I buy directly from apple store or Samsung shop and pay by monthly instalment , I still get to owed the phone. No need to do a what a so called swap?! and still have to return the old phone back to circular after paying n paying for many many months till I died , which doesn't make sense I still don't owe the phone! Thanks and Regards

Embrace circularity for lifestyle tech! My experience with Circular has been very seamless. From constant communication since subscribing to troubleshooting via customer support. In a country like Singapore where there is no 'try-before-you-buy' policy, Circular provides an effective way to do just that from as low as 3 months in minimum subscription. It's a great way to try out gaming consoles with your little ones before seeing if it could fit their wants.

I didn't know there is a tech subscription available in SG especially for smartphones. Its affordable and you get to try new phones every year too. And in a way, you help the environment by recirculating your phones for others to use. Keep it up Circular !

The website interface is easy to use. The instruction were clear. After they process my order, i was updated along different stages from processing order to delivery. Although they send me the wrong size of the iphone, i am ok with it. I informed the team and they respond back to me within a day. They took ownership, did the refund and give me a credit voucher for next purchase. Overall i had a good experience.
