They told me my device was part of the batch that was unsealed for initial activation as required by some of their suppliers and reassured me that it was never “used” by anyone other than the purpose of activation. I hope in future they can inform customer in advance if they were to receive such activated device to prevent confusion. First subscription was great! Second not so much. Was given a used device even though on the website it’s shown as “brand new”. Though I understand that this is just “renting” and the repair cost is partially covered by them so warranty isn’t that important, it is still disappointing.
