Jan 23,2025Ordered my phone on 10 jan 2025. Expected delivery BY 24TH JAN. When i asked where is my delivery confirmation and i just want to know that IT WILL BE delivered on 24th, they replied that it was delayed and gave me a new date of delivery which is 3RD FEB 2025. Was not prompt at all for "updating" on delivery confirmation. Been waiting for a long time. And now they said delivery date will be expected by 3rd feb? I understand chinese new year everyone is not working. BUT DO UNDERSTAND that i placed my order WAY BEFORE, ON 1OTH JAN.

Jan 21,2025Honestly very disappointing, subscribed for a phone with specified shipping timeframe which was reasonable at the point of order. Even received updates that there is confirmation that the order will be delivered within the shipping range. However, 2 days before the end of the range, came the update that the shipping is delayed. As an user who ordered a phone to replace a missing phone, this delay caused significant inconvenience.
