Circular changed the terms of my rental without any communication, plus made false claims about the ability to buy devices during the rental term. I rented 2 devices through Circular for 3 years. The first time my term ended I was able to extend month-to-month, and they also emailed me to let me know I could buy my devices at any point during the term. The second time my renewal came up I wanted to either extend month-to-month again or buy my devices, but was told my only options were to either renew for another year or return the devices. No changes to T&Cs were communicated, and they denied ever offering Australian customers the option to buy their devices (I have the email...). So they're essentially forcing you to decide between buying completely new devices all in one go (few grand all in one hit), or locking in to another year of rental with them. Seems like they've completely changed the terms of my rental without any communication whatsoever? And worse, they seem to have made false claims to active customers about the ability to buy your devices. I gave them 3 years of business because I thought I had flexibility in how & when my rental period would end, but now feel like I've been totally scammed.

Regretting getting a phone with you guys. The customer service is really bad at handling emails. The phone that I had received had a issue and I had send an email to your customer service side, even after a week there was no reply. Today is a friday. How long would I have to receive a proper reply from your guys? The video has already been send in the attachment yet the customer service refused to look at it and claim the video wasn't there, so they did not have to deal with it. Please let back to me after 5th Jan as I will be on the cruise. It would have been better getting the phone and dealing directly with telcom if I knew the service was gonna be so bad.
