Nov 26,2024No doubt the whole concept of product leasing is great to help save the environment. However the lack of customer support is abysmal. The only way to reach them at the start for support is via email. And when they finally WhatsApp you, it’s just full of standard replies and slow response. For the date of ordering to receiving, you have 0 inclination of when the phone is coming until 1 day before it’s arriving. Reached out to make delivery arrangement but no response at all. Wanted to check with the courier company directly but realised no tracking number was provided.

Dec 02,2024Price is reasonable as compared to buying on a comparable interest-free instalment for 2 years (with a $200 or so discount) but you get accident insurance added on, with the option to swap to the latest model at the end of your rental contract. The registration and delivery process was also relatively fuss free. The phone came completely new (factory sealed in box).
