Oct 25,2024I received defective phone. Response too slow. Having spoilt phone in hand for 2 wks. Service bad. Circular problem that never checks phone before giving to customer. I have to suits Circular to get replacement phone. I demand a compensation for the inconvenience caused. As today, while writing I still not received replacement phone which will be deliver at 6 to 10 pm which is outrageous.

It's fantastic because it promotes sustainability through device sharing. So, I decided to give it a try, and a few days later, I received my iPhone 16 Pro Max. I wouldn't have been able to afford one at the regular price. I'm really impressed. Thank you, Circular.

This year I qualified for my swap and got my iPhone 16 Pro Max without any difficulty. The process was easy. The customer service team was very prompt in responding to my queries as I initially made a mistake when ordering. However, I got it all sorted and got my new phone without any delay. I’m a happy user of the iPhone 16 Pro Max and a happy subscriber. A really good platform if you want to experience new tech and like to have the flexibility to change without breaking the bank.
