Some communication issues that caused some redundancy in providing the information required, but overall a good transaction and was able to close within the timeframe given. They should probably be a little more upfront about the additional processing fees that are incurred on top of the points and interest.

Feb 21,2019First loan experience with Civic, but not first experience with the account rep I worked with. 1:1 say-do ratio, and the right amount of communication - I heard from them when something was needed, but communication was concise and only what I needed to know. Two sticky points involving insurance and source of funds that had been problematic with another lender were easily handled with Civic - I appreciated it all around!
