First, the loan application website was modern and streamlined. It was extremely easy to get started and to continue updating along the way. Second, their rates were fair and comparable to others, and they were supportive of our first rehab property. Third, and most importantly, our account executive Brian Fung was simply the best. From the first phone call all the way through closing (and beyond), he was extremely responsive, kind, and informative. We look forward to working with Brian and Civic on many more properties to come.
