Sep 05,2017Brian & the team are very responsive to evaluate the loan, give you rates & let you know all of the documentation required. They work to close deals faster than they state & are always available for questions. If they state they are going through with the loan (as long as all the facts can be verified) they will get it closed on time & with the rates they originally gave you. It's nice to feel secure knowing that you have a professional team behind you.

I've been working with Whit as my loan processor for a little over a year now, he's been nothing but professional. As soon as I send my property info I receive an email or a call almost immediately to tell me whether or not the deal works. I appreciate that speed !! Whit understands that speed is top priority in this business and especially for me which is the main reason why I love working with Civic! Their knowledge, support, pleasant professionalism is the bar of perfection other lenders strive for. My emphasis on 'Services' with today's technology Jackelyn and her team are quickly to reply and or return a call. This practice service is becoming void and antiquated in business. However, myself and our Representatives have better relationships with our clients practicing return calls, recognizing this practice will always be a major part of a successful company and their ''Services''. It will never be antiquated to call a client even if there are no updates on a file and informing them your on top of the file. This is Fund Simple's way and the ''Civic'' way. Often when i'm on LinkedIn, I see a an investor looking for programs as yours. Instead of replying to them to contact Fund Simple, I reply with Jackelyn's contact info and my review of Civic. Part of being a successful business is to not take all the time, but also be generous with your knowledge as being consult too. Jackelyn has first look on all applicable files, as well as files that may not fit. Aug 17,2017Tedd was responsive to my calls and had a desire to work with me. I was new broker/client to CIVC. Generally the transaction went well. The speed bumps were Tedd appeared to have limited experience and I was experienced in residential lending but new to CIVIC and its processes. I would do more business with CIVIC and Tedd will improve with experience. I would close with a suggestion and that CIVC would be to invest in an online loan application and a secure method of delivering borrower processing documents. Bob
