Ordered 2 shower panels, product was fine, well packaged, free delivery within 48hrs of ordering. Best price around what more could you want.

Very helpful. Made ordering extremely easy. Told them what I needed, they placed it all in a basket. Sent me an email which took me straight to Check out. All items in fantastic condition and next day delivery. So impressed made a second order. Highly recommended.

dont use this company not helpful at all when things go wrong ordered panels at a cost of ninety pound but all arrived damaged company refused to replace them even with photographic evidence eventually ignored all telephone calls so it seems there is nothing i can do i am writing this on behalf of a friend who does not have an email address

Whole order badly packaged. Every single panel had damage to it and some where even completely snapped in half. Half of the order was incorrect and not even the style of panels that were ordered. After being messed around for over 2 weeks its now in escalation with Paypal to resolve. Considering I was sent a totally wrong product, had items missing and everything else was garbage the seller should have been jumping through hoops to resolve the problems. Instead I was given the run around sending pictures that mysteriously didn't get received and then when I was finally offered a refund all communication has been dead for the past week. Absolutely not the way to run a business and wouldn't touch them with a barge-pole.... AVOID. Unfortunately I should have read the reviews BEFORE ordering...

Great products and good value. Easy to install. 1 board turned up damaged and was replaced straight away, so 10/10 for customer service. Only awarding 4* as the replacement boards where a different shade of white, compared to my original order, which is noticeable now installed.

Quick service unfortunately first items delivered were broken , but contact sales office e-mailed them pictures of damaged goods and they could only apologise and next day sent replacement so very please with service

Great product very quick service, would have given 5 but the back of one of the panels was scored with knife, doesn't effect product look though.

The panels themselves are great, but the service from claddteach is not. I ordered 2 replacement panels in December and it now nearly the end of January and I still have not got them. They say they are still waiting for more stock, but on the website they say they have got 922 in stock, so who telling lies. We cant cancel the order as I have a half finished bathroom so I just have to wait. As you can see i am not happy at all with claddteach service or the treatment of their customers. I would not recommend them if you need a job doing quickly.

Clad tech ceiling cladding has worked well in our shower rooms making rough untidy ceilings into clean beautiful additions to our modern decor. Consignment was delivered quickly and even though damage had been caused by the carrier Cladtech where quick at sending replacements.
