Jun 28,2021The delivery was very good, lots of reviews say that the delivery was an issue.. My shipment has issues with different shades but I can cope with that as going into my campervan. What does concern me is how crushable the panels are and that worries me too the point I may not even install them. Have installed the ceiling panels on the roof and when tightening up the light fitting only a small 12v light the cladding panel crushed. My relative who is a plumber says not to use due to the panels collapsing or compressing that much when the shower was installed the panels cracked and created leaks through the cladding so deeming the shower cubical useless. Any advise welcome..

Jun 15,2021**Update** After being given the run-around for over 12 Months I issued Court Action via small claims online and within 1 Day the refund was given. Full amount was received including Cost of small claims application. Such a shame it had to come to this before satisfactory outcome. ------------------------------------------------------------ Received badly broken panels and missing items. I contacted them and they failed to respond I opened a PayPal Dispute, and it was only then the seller started to respond. Saying all of the right things in a timely manner to satisfy PayPal. They agreed to a full refund and sent their Courier to collect the items. The Tracking ID given was invalid and they said they didn't receive the package and failed to refund. PayPal closed the dispute in their favour because I failed to use my own Courier and the Tracking number was invalid. (A known loophole?). I took legal advice and found that because the seller used their own Courier they are still liable as I have no way to deal with the Courier who said they will only deal with their client. (Another Loophole ??) After pretty much zero communication to resolve the issue and repeated warnings about legal action for the last 12 months I have been forced to chase them through the courts. My order was for a very small amount and I guess that is what these companies bank on that you just give up. Unfortunately they have took the wrong person on this time and regardless of time and cost I will peruse through the Courts.

Jun 11,2021I ordered ceiling panels and coving, ok the ceiling panels have turned up, but the coving didn't. so I contacted them and granted they did apologise and say they would send out the coving again. I had the second delivery today and it's totally wrong. I'm fed up of waiting in for things that don't arrive

May 21,2021DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Ordered 6 items, they lost 2 in the warehouse . Then they sent me 1 of the missing items, and I've now had to chase the 4th. Absolute joke company , that use a Micky mouse delivery company. Cheap and cheerful panels. Trims were menna be chrome, came with scratches all down them. And after reading reviews I've realised why I'm so disappointed . ( and to point out please don't believe the 'good reviews' so cringey the Director has found time to review his\hers company ) so blatantly obvious it's embarrassing. 😂

May 07,2021The wall cladding I purchased have arrived with two panels missing which means I dont have enough for my bathroom have tried emailing them, no response and also tried ringing no one picks up and the answer machine is always full so you cant even leave a message. I hope this can be resolved soon but I'm doubtful after reading some of these reviews. Wheres that nice lady named sofie people have mentioned on their reviews.I hope she can come to my rescue. You can only pray

Apr 16,2021I ordered a set of shower PVC panels. They arrived quickly...unfortunately the whole parcel was badly damaged during transport and bad packaging practice, as a result the panels arrived broken, dented with damaged edges...OVERALL UNUSABLE. It's been impossible to get a response and when calling Cladtech on the phone, it directs to a different company.

Apr 14,2021Ordering was fine, dispatch was prompt. The delivery company the choose are POOR , had Issues with XDP. That said Cladtech answered promptly, resolved promptly and when XDP damaged the goods, they resent promptly. Looks stunning and simple to install. Videos help and I installed myself. The videos dont cover the final parts like fitting the end trim or getting the right cut on the coving so I would recommend youtube for the last finishing touches.

Mar 11,2021Bought a few weeks ago and fitted this week. Marble bathroom cladding. OMG this stuff is super. Transformed the bathroom space. Easy to cut with a very sharp Stanley knife. Short 250mm widths make it easy to allow for uneven walls without complicated measurements. It was made so much easier by buying internal corner and end caps, and started off with ceiling coving. That means all my cut ends are invisible. Thank you guys your service was quick and your YouTube videos told me exactly what to do. Shame I can’t give you 6 stars.

Mar 02,2021Be very careful using this company as we have been completely ripped off with broken wall panels and a refusal to replace them or refund our money. It was a month from receiving our shipment to actually needing to use the cladding following a delay with our bathroom suit due to the current pandemic... When our fitter opened the boxes he found 11 of the 31 panels we ordered damaged beyond use... we know the damage has not occurred during the time we had stored them as they had be laying flat undisturbed until opened by our builder, the damage must of happened during loading or transit. I understand the 24hr policy of reporting damage but at no time was this mentioned during the ordering process, otherwise I would of made sure to check over the delivery. Very unhelpful customer service (when you can actually get through to someone) and a complete disregard for our situation... Very disappointed

Feb 15,2021The ordering process was easy, they took nearly £700 of my money no problem. I placed an order on Friday the 5th of February, as it was a weekend I did not expect dispatch until Monday. Website states 48 hours but most likely 24 hours, So I expected delivery Wednesday, It didn’t turn up. Thursday I got a delivery of 2 panels which are really nice. I ordered 10 panel plus other items. I Tried to call Claddtech- no answer and voicemail is full. Emailed and got a response from Sophie who called me and told me she would contact XDP and would email me with an update,To be fair she did. Said that the rest of my order would arrive the next day. So Friday one week after I placed my order I got another 8 panels- 2 broken. No ceiling and no trims! Emailed to let them know I was still missing part of my order and that some was broken. It is now Monday 15th and I still haven’t had the rest of my order and I am now getting no response to my emails. Phone just rings and rings and the voicemail box is still full. Terrible company to get in touch with. Save yourself some stress and use another company! Update 18/2/21. Wrong trims arrived yesterday. Half missing, terrible quality and look like they’ve been chewed at the ends and Still no ceiling panels. Sporadic email replies once every 24 hours after 4pm. I have emailed several times asking for someone to call me. Still no call. I just want what I paid for 13 days ago and the broken panels replacing. Update 24/2/21 I was called by Beth, who is lovely and helpful when you get to speak to someone on the 19/2. I received a refund for the missing items, discount on the damaged items and an alternative ceiling for free of charge. I’m glad we finally got to a resolution, but it has been very stressful! The Ceiling finally arrived on 25/2.... 20 days after I placed my original order. So It has dragged my bathroom renovation out for nearly 3 weeks. The panels themselves are beautiful! But they come badly packaged! 7 out of 10 had damage and they don’t have a protective film on. So after waiting for 3 weeks for goods/refund even though the panels are lovely I would not use Claddtech ever again purely down to the slow customer service when something goes wrong.

Feb 09,2021Having placed our order, the delivery arrived on time with 1 item missing. I emailed the company and received a quick response. Sophie dealt with my enquiry and assured me the missing piece would be resent. It arrived within a couple of days. We always plan ahead and order in advance so the reviews which have issues with delivery probably should've ordered a bit ahead of required time they needed the items to allow for issues like this. Helpful and courteous, would use again.

Jan 08,2021I ordered a sample section of "Chrome Corner Trim" having had another couple of samples from other companies. Just to say that you may want to do the same as me and shop around before you order, "WHY"...the material section is only 0.6 mm thick!!, when I inserted a sample section of panel the corner trim split, I measured the section size of other samples and they were all 1.0 mm thick section size and this was only on a length of 150 mm, not sure what would happen on a 2 meter length, glad i only paid £1.75 for the sample.

Dec 10,2020Was so impressed to order on Sunday and receive a parcel on Tuesday - on opening the parcel we found panels and nothing else- no edging strips, no adhesive. I contacted Cladtech who were charming and said the couriers had lost the parcel and not told them and they would get the rest of my order sent out. Amazingly a second parcel arrived on Wednesday - edging strips but no adhesive. Again I rang Claddtech - only to be told that adhesive does not come by courier if you have ordered less than 4 tubes - it comes by Royal Mail. Well I have been back onto the website and nowhere does it mention this - my dispatch notice from the company lists ALL the items I have purchased. Royal Mail have not delivered the adhesive yet. What a ridiculous system of dispatching orders. Apart from that product is a bit flimsy but does the job when tiling is too difficult. BUT avoid Claddtech if you are on a time schedule and keen to get the job done.

Aug 28,2020The ordering process itself was easy, and the products look good value.....however...you lose stars for the choice of delivery company - XDP......we ordered on Sunday with 48hr delivery - appreciate it would not have been dispatched until the Monday so expected it to arrive Wednesday (Thurs as worst) You were told Friday was not an option but still the item was due to be delivered on Friday - between 6pm and 8pm....to a business address. I am now struggling to get our order re-delivered, if I change the address to home there will not be anyone there during the day. XDP have a terrible website, no option for delivery and their answer machine message basically puts all the responsibility back on to the supplier. We have now lost the opportunity to work on our bathroom over the long weekend I was nervous when I read the reviews about XDP (who will be getting a 1 star review) but quickly moving to angry and disappointed

Aug 27,2020So this is my first time leaving a review on Trustpilot and unfortunately it's not a positive one. I have waited 12 days now for 5 wall panels to be delivered and still no sign of them. First set went missing with only one of the five panels actually making it to my house. Over the last two weeks have emailed Sophie and Beth so many times I feel like I should be adding them to my regular contacts. Unfortunately however even though responses are quick it's just excuse after excuse and the matter is still not resolved. The results are I've been left with no bathroom and 3 small children with additional needs and my plumbers have moved on to another job. It's such a shame they use such an awful courier service in XDP because the boards are a good price and quality when they do come and are well wrapped so are protected. Unfortunately though that doesn't make up for the stress, hassle and extra costs I've had to occur so would definitely not recommend them if you actually want your wall panels to show up! Waiting for a refund so can rearrange a plumber so my children can actually get shower and bath!😡

Jul 03,2021I should have read the reviews before purchase this cladding Bought the white gloss with chrome strip for a bathroom job for a client By the time I’d put the first three rows up the rest had yellowed in the overcast sunlight Still waiting for claddtech to resolve but will just by some from somewhere reputable and try to get a refund
