Oct 21,2024Very poor Returns experience, their website says “You are expected to cover the cost of returns (tracked and signed) at your own expense. We do not encourage you to pay more than it costs us to send the goods to you (i.e., more than £8), and Royal Mail charges approximately £3.50 - £3.60.” which is fine, but they expect you to return goods in the same packaging. Because I bought a jacket and returned it, the minimum cost for returning the large box it arrived in was £15! I think their reference to Royal Mail charging approx £3.50 is extremely misleading! Of course I could have scrunched it up and crammed it into smaller packaging, but I can’t be sure that they’d still issue a refund. I notice they don’t respond to any negative reviews, which is often a bad sign (do they care..?).

Aug 14,2024The shirts and jackets are very different to normal brands which is nice. Quality is ok, the linings do tear easily on the jackets. The sizing though is appalling. Why not use the same sizing as other companies do? Also, bought a jacket a few years ago but it has been worn a lot and as they still do the same style ordered another. Completely different size, 1 inch smaller across the shoulder. Customer service isn't great either. Had to spend £20 sending it back too. Won't be shopping online with them again.

May 12,2024I visited the Claudio Lugli stall at Badminton Horse Trials on Saturday 11th May and was lucky enough to meet Claudio himself. We had quite a chat about the numerous top quality shirts and jackets I'd previously bought from him. Despite me liking quite a few of his appealing and imaginative latest designs there was no sales pressure and I went on my way before the desire got the better of me and I returned an hour or so later to buy the shirt I liked the most. Then the worst and best (Claudio) of humanity kicked in. Within an hour my shirt was stolen from my partners disabled walking trolley by a thief in the crowds... despicable barsteward, no doubt lurking specifically to steal! After a while and feeling extremely annoyed about how low some people can sink to, I decided to return to Claudio's stall to buy a replacement. He listened to my experience and much to my surprise when I went to pay he gave me the replacement shirt free of charge, what an amazingly kind gesture, this has restored my faith in humanity a little after a horrible experience. So if anyone sees a Grand Prix design shirt on Ebay or other sites for a lower than normal price (£95) there's every chance it's stolen! And top marks to Claudio for such a kind gesture.

Sep 05,2023Poor quality shirts. Ive been doing laundry for over thirty years so know how to do laundry. I’ve owned a number of these so called “top quality shirts” washed them on a 30 degrees wash in a mesh laundry bag and they’ve all shrunk. Never again will i return to these,I’ll return to buying Eton shirts,now they are real quality!

Jul 13,2023Great shirts, bad customer support. Was gifted a few things from here, shirts are great as ever, shoes didn't fit. Returned at own cost for a set that were too small, so returned the second pair again at own cost. Took a month to sort the return with a lot of pushback and them failing to call or contact when they promised. Sadly will probably not use again.

Took the time to call me to say one of my items would not be available before Christmas and advised happy to refund asap and they also suggested an alternative. The lucky dip shirt offer was fantastic, was expecting it to be maybe one that was awful, but it was great. Also I did cause a panic, as I noted that some items had been sent and received by me, so emailed to ask if my order could be checked. The director was straight on the phone full of apologies and advising me he would resend, there was no question or dispute, he just said he would. However he just wanted me to double check the box as he wanted to make sure that two boxes had been delivered. I said no, but he then described the box, it was only then that I realised there were actually two separate boxes. Felt like such a doughnut. However the director was so nice, we both had a giggle about it and he was so nice about it. I would not hesitate to order from these awesome guys again. Thank you FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Nov 15,2022Shirt was great, but be careful about ordering online. CL will spam your mobile with marketing messages without your explicit consent. What makes it worse is that you cant do the usual 'unsubscribe' reply - it just bounces. This is v poor. GDPR is clear that marketing can only be sent with explicit consent - cant be 'default on' with T&Cs.

Feb 27,2022After reading all the sizing guides and even measuring other shirts I own, I ordered a jacket and shirt for my best friends wedding. I am a 48 chest in all major brands. Days before the wedding, the jacket and shirt turned up and they were skin tight. I couldn’t even do the buttons up. So, with only a couple of days left I ordered the next jacket and shirt size up (50) and when they arrived, that jacket was again too small. The shirt fitted ok, but still tight. My wife washed the shirt prior to the wedding at 30 degrees and on the day of the wedding I went to put it on and it had shrunk so badly that I couldn’t wear it. It was gaping at the buttons and skin tight. In the end I had to wear my size 48 M&S suit and an XXL shirt from Next. I am so disappointed with the crazy sizing of this company and will be returning all my order/s for a refund.

Feb 16,2022Love the shirts but sizing not good. My husband always has XL he’s 46” chest, so ordered XL and it was only 44” site says XL is 44.5-47”, but too tight across chest, and measuring against his other shirts a lot smaller, very disappointed as shirt was lovely. Sent back for exchange but didn’t have next size up XXL 47-49” (this would normally be far too big) so I was refunded, spent £10 on delivery/return for nothing. Be careful what size you order.

Apr 03,2020I have bought two Claudio Lugli shirts - they are striking designs and extremely high quality. With my second purchase there was a mix up, they fell over themselves to accommodate my needs and deliver the shirt next day. They are very customer focussed and I will definitely be buying more shirts from them.

Aug 14,2019Simply the best shirts as far as I'm concerned. Even their more simple shirts stand out from the crowd not to mention the really fancy ones. I and my family members get asked what shirt we are wearing all the time because it just looks better, more expensive and luxurious than 99% of shirts. If you want to make a statement, wear Lugli.

Jul 17,2019My dad loves these shirts so I ordered a couple for his birthday from the sale- it was my first online order so received 10% off! Then I was sent an email stating that one of the shirts I had ordered was out of stock so I needed to find an alternative! After going through another 3 shirts 😂 I found one that was perfect and emailed back! The response was really quick and the lady (Gloriya) was a fantastic help!! Shipping was then really fast (reconfirmed on Friday and delivered on Monday)! Absolutely brilliant company!!
