Dec 14,2017Bought a pair of shoes, which look good, and I got a discount which made the purchase even better. The only downside was that the delivery courier couldn’t, or wouldn’t, follow the delivery instructions.

Dec 13,2017The order got lost in transit. I emailed on 4 separate occasions to no avail. I eventually rang and explained the situation, that no one had replied to me although my money had been taken from my bank for over a week. The chap promised to send out different shirts as the ones I had chosen were limited edition and they had sold out. I was also promised a discount for my inconvenience, and I was a returning customer, but have had nothing and have paid full price for both shirts that I purchased. I will not be using Claudio Lugli again. Extremely poor service

What a company, shirt ordered Monday night, I'm wearing it Thursday evening, great website and just the right amount of communication, plis texts to keep me updated with the progress of my delivery..... they are an example to all other internet traders out there.
