I had to replace a shirt for a different size and the whole process was seamless and i felt like a valued customer. Could not fault and always recommend to everyone. Excellent customer service, when a shirt I ordered was out of stock, I asked Nev to pick me an alternative and I wasn't disappointed. I purchased 2 shirts and 2 waist coats at their stall at the recent country file live event. Nice to meet the sales people, very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be getting more fab shirts !
