Apr 19,2016I have ordered a number of times and have had quality service always. Everything turns up correct and on time. Only once was a product out of stock and I was called personally and a replacement found, it was more expensive but was not charged. I also needed this for a special occasion and they made sure it was delivered the next day...highly recommend both shirts and service. faultless!!!

Apr 19,2016I've bought quite a few shirts online and have a large collection. The problem is I live on the Isle of Man and when checking out online it doesn't recognise the Isle of Man as a UK address and wants to charge £20 for delivery as an international address. Having made contact with Navid at Claudio he went to the trouble to intercept my order and arrange next day delivery at normal uk postage rates, which is what I do each time I want to order. Love the shirts.

Apr 19,2016I have bought a few Claudio lugli shirts and recently a jacket, they are all awesome, I feel good when I wear them and the comments you get from people make you feel good. Fit is always spot on and attention to detail is second to none, I would never buy another make of shirt and trying to buy one every few weeks, going to try the jeans next. If you thinking of buying Claudio lugli you will not be disappointed.

Apr 19,2016I had issues on my last order with the item I selected and paid for no longer being in stock. I received a personal phone call apologizing for the error and was asked whether I wanted a refund or would like to select a new Jacket and Waistcoat from the new line at the same price as my on sale item. I did then select a new item which was delivered the next business day. This is what you call turning a potential disgruntled customer into a very satisfied customer. Don't get this treatment everyday while online shopping. Kudos for the personal customer service.

Apr 19,2016Having received a faulty/marked shirt, I sent a couple of emails and had no reply, I was very disappointed, however having sent a review, I received an email and spoke to a very decent chap called Nav and all has been sorted! Excellent customer service....I had just slipped through the net! My husband almost always wears Claudio shirts and they are fantastic!!! Good value, different and SO many to choose from! Thanks Nav
