This company is very hard to work with. their no one to talk too. they treat you like you are nothing if you want information on your shipment they just send you a bill for nothing so far this shipment has cost me more for the package in the USA then the package. the government needs to start taking a good look a the corruption with these companies. WOW just. received the biggest pile of BS from this company they take no responsibility it is the customer who is always wrong. this will be the last time i ever do business with this company. If I ever get my shipment these people are a joke. This company only talks digitally so they never ever deal with customers directly WOW if you like taking to computers these are your people. REALLY I HAVE REACH OUT TO YOU SO MANY TIME!!!! I can't even get into my account I just received another bill for 60 dollars because you have not cleared my shipment

Clearit was really challenging to work with. I am new to importing, and utilized the chat function to get more help and clarity. Unfortunately, clearit representatives had long waits to respond to my questions and did not help make the process less confusing.

Terrible customer service. I have cleared many shipments myself. This is supposed to be a full service broker… they are not. When most brokers have issues, they solve them themselves. Clear it agents cannot seem to solve any problems and had me talking to the terminals and helping release packages. All things they could have handled by email or a call. Very disappointed. Don’t use them if you’re new at clearance.., as it’s pretty much DIY and their slowness in response causes issues like extra storage fees that may cost you hundreds to thousands more. Stay away or you’ll be screaming “ this is not my job, it’s theirs!” And finally, even though they were wrong, they try to blame it all in the client. Run, don’t walk away from this agent. Update: because of their bad communication, my shipment was lost and never delivered. I now have to put in a claim and re-make all products again- the claim will not cover loss of sales.

At present I have not received my order that was shipped it is still in transit on its last leg but the people a Clearit have been there every step of the way the process of up loading all required documents was flawless I will definitely use there service again Thanks to all those who helped me through the process of importing philip
Yes, we always sent the EIN number for the client that is purchasing the products on the Commercial invoice. But time and time again the staff member handling the order asks for it. I've asked Clearit if the EIN is already on the commercial invoice in 2 places in Bold lettering why do they continue to ask after the fact? Where should we put it so they are not coming back to us to ask for it? They didn't know what I meant, by asking this question??? This has happened three time now!

Didn't get my pallets cleared until I mentioned it the next afternoon. Clearit USA delays delayed my shipment two days . . . . that I could not sell products. They have been better in the past, but dropped the ball this time.
