Aug 19,2016I want to thank Glenn and the team @ Click for the refinance that just settled. The process was quick and smooth, with Glenn keeping me updated and informed throughout the process. With the majority of the documentation handled online it was really easy to go through the process and to see what was outstanding. I imagine things will only continue to get better as the company matures and right now we are certainly enjoying the ride. I'd recommend that anyone who is looking at refinancing but dreading it because of the time involved to give Clickloans a try, you won't regret it.

Simon who was processing my application was super helpful and even contacted me on his sick leave! If big banks think having a branch is customer service they need to think again.

Aug 12,2016If you are just after a great interest rate Click loans /Peppers will do. If you are after an easy to operate account I suggest you look elsewhere.Big thanks to Simon Gewargis and Sam Hyman for there extra effort. I know they mean well but the rest of the team and or the systems in place are frustrasting the hell out of me. I have lowered my expectations considerably but it appears that Click /peppers have been lowering there standards to suit. I never thought I would say that sometimes the best rates are just too expensive without a supportive network. I have been dealing with investment loan providers for 15 years now and have never been so angry. Ross

Jul 19,2016When you go yo website they advise the application and ID/verification process is online - this is not the case. You apply online and then still have to send in verified docs from a PO or JP. What disappoints me is that theu they are not being completely honest and in an age where a service provider needs to be transparent they are opaque.

Jul 13,2016My experience of using Click Loans has been very positive starting with a exceptionally high standard of customer service from Simon Gewargis who walked me through my options and helped me identify the best product for my needs. Simon was on hand at any time to answer my questions and help me with the myriad of documents I needed to provide to support my application. Also, I really liked the website and ease of using the document portal to upload my documents including the identify verification software which saved me having to take copies of ID and have it verified on paper by a JP - extremely convenient. Now that my application has been approved Click Loans have been in touch to make sure I am ok with reading the documents and clear on what the next steps are. All of the staff I have come across have been very helpful, friendly and proactive in assisting me.

Jul 12,2016After shopping around with various brokers and getting the run around, i stumbled across clickloans.com.au Within 2 hours of myself logging onto their website and following the steps provided i was called by a home loan concierge John. He was not pushy like the rest of the brokers i had been dealing with, he took the time to listen to my situation and guided me through the best package to suit my needs. With the knowledge he proved regarding helping me as i am over 55 which a lot of lenders struggled to assist i felt completely comfortable with giving him all of my details to get the application started. He called me to touch base every day and let me know the progress of the application. Once approved it was smooth sailing all the way to down settlement. I will be referring click to all my colleagues and friends .

On a number of occasions we talked after hours when it suited my busy work hours. A business that works with their customers at this level has great potential to disrupt the traditional finance market.

The conventional banks would not allow me to consolidate my debts with my home loan and reduce my interest rate to a comparative rate.
