Feb 23,2025Jeg har abonneret af flere omgange og har været yderst tilfreds med service og streaming. Det står tydeligt, at det er for et helt år man binder sig og også hvornår man skal opsige for, at man ikke binder sig for yderlig en årlig periode. Nogle gange hakker live streamingen lidt og lyden er væk, men som med alt internet kan der være ustabilitet selvom det kan være frustrerende.

Feb 20,2025I signed up for a free trial but ended up being billed for 1 YEAR!! I signed up for a free trial, was asked if I wanted monthly payment option, and assumed that that also meant that I could actually cancel my subscription on a monthly basis. But, I realized that they charge for a full year regardless! Feels like a total scam and will not recommend anyone to use the service. Only watched one show and now have to pay +100 EUR in total. Quite upsetting!

Feb 03,2025It is impossible to end the subscription. I took a free trial and then ended the subscription, they still billed me and refuse to correct it. I think they make it very difficult to end the trial period so that they will charge you for one year

Jan 28,2025I got the trial membership to watch the Flordia show end of Dec into Jan. Many of the classes I wanted to watch were outside and did not have a camera. One class I was watching that was outside started to televise and then went out.

Ville dog ikke købe det igen da det er svært at komme ud af men er meget taknemmelig for personen der hjalp mig. Sød og god kundeservice. Thanks Sheryl Christopher for the help❤️

You can’t cancel your membership after 1 month or 2. You are forced to pay every month for a whole year. Wished I had known this before. Total scam

Vi har kontaktet deres support , men det sender samme standardsvar hver gang. Om at man er bundet i eet år. Det er fuldstændigt umuligt at komme igennem til dem. Total BONDEFANGERI OG IMOD DANSK LOVGIVNING - HOLD JER LANGT VÆK, medmindre I vil betale flere tusinde kroner for at se det
