Dec 12,2015I sent out several requests to various carriers. I got the best offer from Coach and the price was reasonable. They met the group in Philly and got them to New Jersey and everyone was pleased. However, their bus was stalled down the road from our hotel when it was time for us to be picked up and go back to Philly. The driver was waiting for another bus and driver to bring some kind of fluid for the bus radiator. By the time that was done, we left the hotel 1.5 hours later. They got to the Philly Airport just as their flights were called for boarding. This was cutting it close. They had my number and the group contact number and should have called to advice. Instead, I had to call the drivers number several times. Overall, the price and accommodations were good.

Dec 09,2015Coach Connection provided buses for a tour I organized in Colorado. Logan was courteous, and extremely helpful throughout the process. The itinerary was complicated, for five buses following five different routes, and Logan organized excellent drivers and vehicles. His work made our event an incredible success, and the tour went perfectly.
