Aug 27,2024Yusuf excepted booking for a golf day and txt 24 min before pick up and cancelled our bus he has then failed to refund the monies. Not good business ethics he advertises as GB mini bus hire also.

Dec 13,2023I worked with this company for 3 journeys for a group of 13 women from the States. Each driver arrived early and was extremely kind. The owner is incredibly quick to communicate, kind and helpful. I’ve working with other transportation companies in the UK- and this is definitely one of the best I’ve worked with. If I bring groups back to London I definitely plan to use them again!

Oct 24,2023Everything was perfect. We went to London with a group of students of 25 from Hungary. We were continuously in contact with the company, they informed us about everything. Th driver was great, helpful, skilled, and punctual. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

Oct 24,2023Easy online quotation process and found them to be competitive on price. Booking was made, had great communication from Riz who ensured all details were correct. The mini bus arrived on time, drived us safely to our destination and again on the way back. Nice and easy, they way I like it! Would use again without a doubt.

Had booked a coach to transport guests to and from my wedding… I had received an email from them less than 24 hours before due to ‘mechanical issues’ and they said they had zero availability. Understand that sometimes issues can come up, but my wedding was on a Wednesday so would imagine that they would have at least some sort of a replacement. Not the stress you need before your wedding! Wouldn’t recommend booking with them. Got refunded for the deposit I had already paid, but that didn’t really suffice!

Oct 16,2024AVOID AVOID AVOID- PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They allow coach companies to scam its customers. I booked GB Coach Hire through them. I paid a deposit of £200.00 from a total of £900.00 for a coach with driver to Maidstone. I kept contacting Yusuf for a method to pay the balance of the trip 21 days before travel. He ignored my emails and had the audacity to WhatsApp me the day before travel demanding £700 cash. I had already booked another coach company because I had no faith anyone was going to turn up. Luckily, I had paid the deposit with a credit card, so I could get my money back. I have seen reviews where others weren't so fortunate. A total scam!
