My request was handled in a highly professional fashion and I was so impressed by the quality and patience shown in helping me with my needs, I made a high value purchase in store and then I have just made an online purchase as my gut feeling when I got home was that I just had to have the item (last in stock!). Will now become my model railway shop of choice.

Jul 21,2021I like to collect N gauge trains which isn’t always easy to do due to them being the least common of the gauges but Collectables R us have a great stock of them with new and preowned available and always happy to help, I wanted to buy something I’d seen in store that wasn’t on the website yet and they where more than happy to take the order over the phone and have it arrive next day! A great local company with a great mixture of stock
