Fantastic range available, easy to purchase and we're very helpful contacting me after I had made an error with my purchase. Artwork arrived well packaged and on time. My partner is very happy with her gift.
The service from the initial registration to the delivery was brilliant. Thank you very much. The product was exactly as expected - great stuff !!
Unfortunately the frame arrived damaged but was rectified quickly with a return. Only negative comment would be regarding it's return requested by a certain date as I was unable to commit to someone being there to sign for it and it did arrive by the date but no one thought of informing me that it would, so just lucky I was in.
Excellent service arrived well packaged and on time. Def be dealung with them again
Having researched and seen what I was after for best value, I placed my order and as it was for a special occasion contacted staff direct, who were so helpful, they got straight onto sourcing and delivering the item the day before I needed it as an anniversary present. I was updated regular and on arrival the item was well packaged and labeled where the item was in tip top condition. End result - mission accomplished and very happy customers. Super company and staff that go out of their way to help and deliver an excellent customer experience. 👏👌👍🤗
The service from Collectors Prints was very good. I have purchased a lot of sculptures in the past and unfortunately had several damaged in transit but this sculpture was so well packed, it had no chance of being damaged.
Very pleased with the service I received. Also impressed by the careful packaging of my purchase and most of all finding a Norman Smith print to match my favorite one of his after a long search. It is at the framers as we speak
Fantastic help from Megan who helped enormously finding a wonderful Doug Hyde sculpture for us. It was delivered on time with very good packaging to ensure it arrived safely. Would definitely recommend Collectors Prints to everyone.

Fast delivery, grt packaging, needed for specific date and it was received well before that date, very helpful advisor-Megan, happy to recommend a d use again
It wasn't made clear enough on the website that the print would come framed with a plastic front, and not glass. I was embarrassed to present it as a gift.
Excellent product - packaging was superb.
I am a Hong Kong buyer, though their website does not allow me to place the order as it does not support the oversea shipment, after several email communication, they managed to open a page for me to order the items with a very reasonable shipment cost, not to mention that I do not need to pay the VAT, thanks a lot!
Fab really pleased with print and Megan keeping me in touch
Very speedy dispatch of my print - sooner than I expected - and beautifully framed. Would definitely buy from them again

Jun 17,2017Excellent and much admired small bronze by Sheree Valentine Daines arrived packed well, in fact so well that extracting the product from its box requires.....well, not quite a hammer and chisel! Not a complaint, merely an observation.
