Jun 01,2017Unfortunately the frame arrived damaged but was rectified quickly with a return. Only negative comment would be regarding it's return requested by a certain date as I was unable to commit to someone being there to sign for it and it did arrive by the date but no one thought of informing me that it would, so just lucky I was in.

May 29,2017Having researched and seen what I was after for best value, I placed my order and as it was for a special occasion contacted staff direct, who were so helpful, they got straight onto sourcing and delivering the item the day before I needed it as an anniversary present. I was updated regular and on arrival the item was well packaged and labeled where the item was in tip top condition. End result - mission accomplished and very happy customers.
