Feb 15,2017Good polite service via Megan. As it was a birthday gift I was assured it would arrive on time. After chasing it up as it failed to arrive I was told it was sent to the wrong depot? It still took another week for it to arrive. A disappointed customer, shame.

Feb 10,2017I ordered two prints before Xmas due to circumstances out of their control my prints were delayed and got lost in the post. Collector's Prints (particularly Megan) kept me informed at all times and moved heaven and earth to make sure I got the prints I wanted as they were in short supply. In these days of faceless technology it was so refreshing to receive some good old fashioned excellent customer service I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again without hesitation.

Jan 16,2017Thank you to Collectors Prints, I really cannot fault their service and knowledge. I ordered my artwork just before Xmas, and although was advised I had missed the 'guranteed for Xmas delivery' deadline, they managed to pull out all the stops, and I got it on the 23rd December. They kept me fully updated throughout and once the artwork had arrived they even called to make sure I was happy with it. The packing couldn't have been any more professionally done, I was very impressed. Finally the delivery service from their courier DHL was faultless, they attempted delivery, and carded me, but they were extremely helpful when I re-booked, and came when they said they would, along with a polite young delivery driver. The artwork looks stunning, and I am a very happy customer - Thank you to you all.

Jan 11,2017Loved the print on line and placed an order. Problems with the website should have warned me to go elsewhere. So was phone and told framing would be £225, not £60.. decided to buy without frame. Was not really told when to expect delivery but as it was for Christmas and ordered Mid November not too worried. Was then told to expect delivery (I had asked for item to be left in storage cupboard as I work all over the UK), got home and found 2 cards from TNT with missed deliveries. Tried to re-arrange on line but TNT site said there was an error – shipment duplicated. Rang Collectors Print – was told someone would ring me back that afternoon, 2 days later – no call. Rang Collectors print again – was told ‘it slipped their mind’ – well a £425 print for a Christmas pressie shouldn’t slip someone’s mind if you ask me! New delivery promised, new delivery failed … I am rather more than displeased at this point. Collectors Print then say they are trying to arrange a ‘little something’ to compensate – needless to say this failed to materialise too. So don’t use this company if you can help it. Update I was contacted by the seller but due to being customer facing at work was unable to accept the phone calls. As pointed out the price I quoted should have stated £125 (approx). When I placed the order I clearly stated that the item was to be left in a safe place as I work all over the country so could not be there to accept the item, if this was not possible to change the carrier delivery point this should have been discussed with me prior to the order being processed and hence contract conditions agreed between the two parties and money changing hands. I was pleased to finally have received the parcel which was NOT left with a neighbour as stated but was left in the safe place stipulated at time of order. My main complaint was about the poor communication and updates on delivery 'slipping my mind' by the staff has been conveniently overlooked in the response from the Collectors Prints. If I was the supplier and I had had a problem with delivery I would ensure that a follow up with the customer took place i.e. ringing with delivery information and then a check-up call to see it item had been delivered, I would also have ensured that the ' trying to arrange a ‘little something’ to compensate ' was also followed up even if this was negative - poor show all round.

Dec 23,2016I've ordered from Collectorprints before - great to deal with. This last experience was amazing though. I didn't place my order until December 13th and was contacted the next day to say they couldn't guarantee Christmas delivery but would send a card with the details and do everything they could to get my framed print out. Totally my fault and they didn't need to do anything - however received my 'actual' print yesterday (22nd) beautifully framed and heavily packed. I am so pleased. The present recipient is going to be over the moon. THANK YOU SO MUCH

The quality of the prints are beautiful and they come with certificates of authenticity. Very happy with this company and I would recommend them to anyone!

Dec 20,2016The print I ordered arrived in good order having been well packaged. There was a delay after the order was placed and I was contacted by phone and left a voice mail that was followed up by an e-mail but it was another 7/8 days before I received the print during which time there was no update on progress even after I sent a follow up e-mail so it was a bit of a surprise when I found out the goods were out for delivery.
