Dec 17,2015Michelle and the team were so helpful. We are invited to a cousin's wedding. The guidelines for presents mentioned a well known department store as a source. As usual we only got round to giving the present serious consideration about 2 weeks before the wedding. We knew they love Vetriano and wanted to get them something special that would be personal to them. We ordered, and the picture is due for delivery tomorrow - in time for the wedding next Tuesday. How fantastic is that?? The Christmas post and loads of people wanting last minute framing should have meant that we missed the boat - but no - the team pulled out all the stops. So so grateful. Thankyou all.

Dec 09,2015I have purchased a number of pieces from collectors prints over the last few years and have always found the staff a pleasure to deal with. Communication is excellent and as a purchaser you are kept informed of every stage of the process which is great. In respect of the prices, i have found that in general they are about 10-20% cheaper than most other outlets so as well as fantastic service you can save a reasonable amount on your order as well. I do always check prices before buying but keep ending up where I started with Collectors Prints who are consistently the best value. With regard to delivery, I have purchased both framed and unframed prints, and the quality of the packaging is excellent. everything is wrapped appropriately and well protected for transit. Overall a really positive experience and I would not hesitate to recommend or purchase from CP again in the future.

Jun 29,2015I would like to thank the employees of Collectorsprits (especially Paula Smith) who helped and advised me throughout all the procedures for their assistance and understanding as I've order a picture (Paris Nights by Mark Spain) from abroad (Russian Federation). Everything was delivered in good condition and packed tightly.To tell the truth, there were some problems at customs, but it was FedEx (DHL is much better as for me) mistake and it wasn't really bad one. So I would recomend you to turn to this company in case you need to buy from abroad. It seems they like what they do and they do it really well!

Mar 19,2015I had been looking at Jennine Parker's work for some time but knew they wouldn't suit our current home - so, we went out and bought a new home! Having exchanged contracts and heading rapidly towards completion I was browsing the web and accidentally came across CollectorsPrints. When I saw they had two of the pieces I really wanted, not only at a good price, but also with a discount, I couldn't resist, and ordered immediately. When Paula let me know that one of the two pieces was in short supply I was disappointed, but she had searched and managed to locate one. Her communication has been first class, even managing to chase me down via two different telephones and e-mail - much appreciated! Packaging was excellent, delivery arranged to meet my schedule, fast, on-time, and the follow-up call a nice touch too. It is always nice to get good service, but this has been a very pleasant shopping experience - and I hate shopping, so that IS praise. Thank you once again.

Over the last few years I've worked with the team (mainly Paula) to source and ship new releases and sculptures to both family in the UK and my address in Michigan for my collection. The service is always very professional, the response to emails and calls is prompt and everything ships and arrives when promised (undamaged). Throw in the 10% discount as a Club Member and occasional discounted older releases available through their website and the value speaks for itself. Oct 28,2014My wife and I first saw a picture of Sherree Valentine Daines' artwork in Bournemouth a few months ago and were both impressed. My wife has not been well lately so I decided to purchase one of her Ascot scenes as a surprise. Having searched a number of websites I opted for Collectors Prints as the 10% discount was very attractive. I ordered the product online, so had no conversations with any staff but was kept fully informed by e-mail of progress. Picture arrived, superbly packaged, on due date much to my wife's delight. I am a big fan of Sherree Valentine Daines, and have always bought her limited editions in a high street gallery. Someone recently recommended Collectors Prints to me. I will be buying my art work from them from now on. The girls were attentive, always answered my calls and emails, they went above and beyond throughout my whole order.. I wanted something out of the ordinary done to a piece of artwork and the went out of their way to accommodate my requests. When it arrived it was well packaged and exactly what I had asked for . May 20,2014Dreadful service. I think they forgot about my order completely? No communication at all from them. Feel very disappointed. Still waiting for my framed limited edition print which they say (only after I contacted them to find out where my order was) will be delivered tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath. Let's see what happens tomorrow? Will not use this company again. There are too many good galleries and other companies that sell the same selection of art. Buyer beware!!!
