Apr 01,2021I am 38 and I have suffered my whole life with my needle phobia ... To draw blood or have an injection, I needed a lot of anxiolytics and for at least two days feeling very bad. Horrible indeed! Through a post/recommendation from Facebook, even without believing much, I decided to try ... After just 1 session, last week I went to draw blood ... Without anxiolytics, without company, or anything ... I was a little apprehensive. ... But for the first time in my life, I drew blood without making a fuss, without struggling... And I still came back to my house for a couple of meetings! Very happy with the result! I truly recommend Fernanda! Besides helping me with the phobia she is a wonderful person!

Feb 09,2021Quando temos algum problema, seja nosso ou com nossos filhos, pensamos muito em como vamos resolver e nas mãos de quem vamos entregar a situação. Eu já conhecia o trabalho da Fernanda, mas não imaginava o quanto ela seria, também, maravilhosa com crianças. Meu filho de 9 anos adorou a sessão com a Fe, se sentiu muito à vontade e o principal, seguro! Ele gostou tanto que não vê a hora da próxima sessão chegar. Percebi o quanto é importante as crianças entenderem o que estão passando e sentindo e descobrirem soluções, não necessariamente através dos pais, mas sim através delas mesmas com a ajuda de um profissional. Quando estamos emocionalmente atingidos pelos problemas das crianças, não conseguimos ajudar de forma lógica e eficaz. Só tenho elogios e agradecimentos ao trabalho da Fernanda.

Nov 25,2020I am writing this recommendation about Fernandas,this lady is a truly incredible kind,caring and inspirational person, when I looked for hypnotherapy I was in a very low place with anxiety due to lockdown and previous grief,I was worried about how I would connect and feel comfortable with the person doing the hypnotherapy and how well it would work for me,well I honestly cannot thank this lady enough or recommend her enough, not only is she very understanding and very considerate she never judged anything I asked or had to say, she went to any lengths to make me feel better and also took her time to see how i was doing, she is very passionate about what she does and her experience goes above and beyond,she has helped me more than I could explain I now feel like a completely different person and I truly understand the thought process and the true meaning of hypnotherapy and its amazing benefits I cannot praise her enough and anyone that is struggling or would like to use hypnotherapy there is no one else I would recommend.

Nov 11,2020My daughter has suffered from sever anxiety and migraines since the age of 12. She had tried every medication available (which made her worse) she had CBT with 3 different therapists and was under Great Ormond street hospital. Her education suffered as she could not get to school and our family life suffered greatly as days out turned into a disaster every time. It grew increasingly worse as time went on until we reached a point where she needed a wheelchair as Her legs would go to jelly. Becoming desperate after trying so many things hypnotherapy was a last resort, i have to be honest and say I was sceptical to say the least, but I was at a point of trying anything to help my daughter recover. Fernanda has changed my daughters life, and my family’s life and I will be forever grateful. She is an amazing a lovely lady, at the end of the phone whenever Maria has needed her During and after her treatment. The guidance She has given me in order to help Maria succeed has been invaluable. I’ve found no therapists previously has given any advice as a parent to ensure I am doing the right thing. Maria is now able to walk unaided, go to college with no symptoms and go outside, she still has a way to go with building her confidence which will come in time. Now her anxiety is A thing of the past her migraines also seem to have subsided. Amazing, I still can’t quite believe it myself. Thank you Fernanda So much for giving her back her freedom and giving me back my daughter xx

Nov 09,2020Great experience with Fernanda, I gotta be honest at first I was not sure that this kind of treatment would work but thought a session to give it a try and for my surprise it worked great wonders, I then booked few more sessions to work to my needs and I can now say I'm much better.
