Oct 05,2020Paid bills late had to call you multiple times to send checks to the companies! And you also didn’t keep accurate pay off balances making my pay off date move multiple times! And when I just wanted to pay off the remaining amount in one lump sum you told me that you didn’t advise me to just payoff the companies like that...like I wanted too... (because they actually had the RIGHT payoff balances ...which was less than what you said it was). And when I told I was just going to go ahead and do that (pay the remaining balance myself to the companies) you got very set and got a sassy mouth and hung up! Yeah poor communication skills all the way around won’t ever recommend anyone ever to this company!
