Dec 15,2020I researched debt solutions, and I wanted to avoid the traps that come from some of the less-reputable credit repair organizations on the market. CESI was the solution to my problem. My counselor went over all of my expenses, and helped map out a budget plan for me. I didn't have to send a lump sum amount of money to realign my credit accounts. CESI worked directly with my creditors, and was very open and honest with me about the process. They kept me informed about the status of the negotiations with my creditors. The end result for the negotiated payoff plan was reasonable. And the agreement with my lenders did not damage my credit further. It was a comfortable resolution that gave me time to pay the debts, and allowed me to have the negative credit impacts removed from my credit report as soon as the debts were paid in full, rather than a stain on my report from a charge off that would follow me for years after the debt had been resolved. The whole process catered to my need to pay down my debts, and educate myself on how to avoid landing in the same problem ever again in the future.
