I did like the customer service but not the site and its operation. First I could not log in into my account, latter I could not log off it and it exposed my account information. After speaking to customer service I was told it will be fixed and next day it was still not working.

I have really enjoyed working with you. When I received my "graduation" letter, I was so moved! Felt like crying! Thank you for working with me to alleviate my stress when facing the debt I had. I have referred my friends and family to your program. Hopefully they will listen.
