When I initially got the loan, the minimal payment of one of my cards was not being paid. Therefore after a few months I got two greater than 30 days overdue payments on my credit report. Of course it’s always my responsibility to make sure the minimal amount was being paid. However I believed everything was consolidated and being paid and taken care of by CESI. This misunderstanding killed my credit score for five years. I wouldn’t recommend this company because of this experience. These services were suppose to help my financial situation, instead in was a detriment.

CESI was a lifesaver for me. I had gotten out of hand with 2 major credit cards and they helped me get out of debt. When I signed up, they explained the program, asked me some in depth questions, gave me tips on how to become financially responsible. From the day I called and spoke with a counselor who explained step by step the process of paying off my debt using CESI. I’ve learned and will continue to budget myself as if I’m still paying off debt. I will forever be grateful to CESI.

This program was easy to sign up for up for, & very easy to use throughout the process! The customer service team is very knowledgeable and answered every question I had with honesty and no judgment. Using CESI to pay off my debt is one of the best decisions I have made in a very long time! Thank you CESI for the great service you provide to people such as myself, who are feeling desperate and have no where to go to responsibly pay off their debt.

It was hard to call at first admitting I needed help with my credit cards but they made it easy, comforting and relaxing and I didn't feel like I was doing the wrong thing. This was the best place to go after doing a little research this company had good reviews. I now give them a 5 star excellent review. If you aren't sure who to use to help you with getting your credit back to where it should be call CESI, Consumer Education Services Inc. I will always recommend them.
