Mar 27,2021From the time I signed up, I knew it was the right thing. Customer service was always very nice and prompt. 4 years later and my debt is paid off!!! It feels great.

Mar 27,2021If I knew had badly my credit score was affected, I would have never used CESI to consolidate my debt. This very important aspect was never made transparent through the process of signing up. I advised that I was not in a situation where I was unable to pay my credit cards each month although I was unhappy with the interest rates and the service charge on one card in particular. I would like to note that the representatives provided great customer service the few times I contacted them. Other than that, I would not recommend this program to anyone unless it is an absolute last option situation. Do your research before inquiring.

Mar 27,2021I consolidated ~$12k in debt. The payments for the multiple cards (there were plenty more debts that weren't consolidated) were eating me alive, and the missed payments tanked my credit. After 3 years, I am finally seeing some light at the end of the tunnel. It took a lot of factors to turn things around for me, and CESI was a big one. Definitely appreciated and recommended!

Mar 26,2021A God sent! I was so skeptic because of trust issues. There are so many companies out there that makes promises they can't provide. Despite my doubts, the CESI reps., never gave up on me. They actually got on my nerves. The phone calls, letters, OMG!! Ever seen someone so persistent to help me without asking for body parts. I finally gave in, so glad I did. It wasn't easy, but as time went by, we built that trust. They really supported me every step of the way. I still can't believe it!!! Almost $12,000 in credit card debt, the interest rates alone, like a dog with fleas, trying to bite his tail, I would have never accomplished this by myself. People, trust me, I am not an actor, and no one is paying me to say this. I am living proof, it works!!!! I couldn't thank God enough for sending these people my way. Thank you so much!!!!!

Mar 12,2021Honestly, it's been a pain in my ass every month to make these payments, BUT it's all for a good reason. They negotiated lower payments and interest rates on my cards and I no longer feel like I'm running in circles. I definitely needed someone to intervene for me because I was just going to keep using them after I paid them off. I'm on month 5 and can see the progress I'm making! :) it's definitely a sacrifice but worth it imo. Thank you! Also, just be sure at the beginning when they're negotiating things that you're still making the payments before they take over.

Mar 12,2021I have never felt so happy about my financial future as I do right now. I just finished my time with CESI and am in a great place. My credit score has risen and I now have money to put away for an emergency. The folks at CESI were amazing to deal with from day 1. Would recommend them to anyone that may need some help to get back on their feet.
