After a bad experience buying awful high street scissors I found coolblades on-line but was unsure of my choice. After speaking, yes speaking, to a very helpful lady who got the scissors out of stock and measured them for me, I ordered. The Kobe scissors supplied are the sharpest hair cutting scissors we have bought in 50 years. Many thanks to Coolblades

Hi.. Although i had a good experience with my order and delivery service, i was quite happy but then it's a shame that I didn't get any response/reply from CoolBlades after I emailed them 2 times regarding returning one of my item as per following their guidelines about how to return, now its over 7 days 🤷‍♀️ Received my order on 22/08/23, cost approx £188 and i emailed on 24/08/23 and then again 28/08/23 regarding returning for one item.
