They told me the hair colour I was after was discontinued and provided a few alternatives with advice included! I come from CS and I have to say, top level support! This is how you retain customers! Ace!

One of the products was wrong but not the fault of CoolBlades. It was the supplier who had changed the barcodes. The customer service was good. I now have a replacement product. I will be ordering from CoolBlades again as I have confidence in the products, delivery times and customer service. Great online experience from a UK based company.

Aug 10,2024I bought some basic scissors for a home haircut (GNVQ level) and they were great. Expect to pay quite a bit for VAT and delivery - totally worth it. I had spent ages searching though reviews on The Well Known Online Retailer for decent scissors but everything seemed to have very mixed reviews. If you want a home haicut I definitely recommend using a professional supplier like this. They were super sharp and absolutely brilliant for a 'basic' professional scissor.
