Jun 27,2023I first found cool blades about a decade ago, I got a selection of ys parks combs, that are still in perfect condition today. Recently I placed an order with them, to try a few new bits and upgrade a couple of others. Selection and price points are good and delivery over £50 is handy as I ordered about £75 worth of stuff. I mainly came here to 5 star their customer service, I had an issue with a product and spoke with a lady called Sophia, she was extremely helpful and efficient, resolving my issue the same day as I contacted. I felt that deserved a review as nothing is perfect in life and the way a company helps their customer can really make a big difference in future orders. So 5 stars to cool blades and Sophia! Thank you x
