Happy with order process, but....Delivery is a Huge concern, as my products were boiling hot upon delivery....this is the 2nd time that this has happened, and my concern is the quality and performance of these products now.....

Can't fault the buying or delivery part, but the mirrors we ordered are laughably small - the listing should say that these are miniature size.

I ordered two products and it has been over 7 weeks! I found out this company is based in China and their products have to clear customs. Had I known it was from China I would have never placed an order. Do NOT USE!!! I am so frustrated I am calling my create company for a refund.

The WORST experience, Placed order with expected delivery in 2-3 days only to discover that they needed a phone verification which took them 2 days to reach me despite multiple emails and voice mail trying to reach customer service. Was told that none of the customer service nos worked and they are only accessible via email. Even after taking time to verify, order remains pending?! I gave up. And made worse now by this speedy response to my social media review ! I absolutely do not understand why this zero focus on customer satisfaction except if this was scam all along. I should not have wasted one week of my time trying to reach you.

It took more than a month to get my ordered item. their return policy is very bad. It asks not to open product before return. I don't think they guarantee their products. If you found out bad quality of their items after opening them, they don't allow you to return. This case never happens in other beauty online stores.

Please do not use this company. I purchased items in April and they still haven’t arrived. Wish I’d just burnt the money instead. Extremely unhelpful customer service and a false tracking number
