Jun 19,2023Ordered goods over internet on 29 May 23. Chased why goods not delivered by email on 13 May. Email from Swati 15 May indicating I have outstanding payments on my account so goods cant be delivered. Made phone call 15 May - will call you back - no call back. 15 May received blank email from Swati. 16 June emailed last 2 pay pal payment details to Resmed customer care. Called again 19 June $253 outstanding on my account (i.e Resmed has not allocated my last 2 Pay Pal Payments I have made and indicating I still owe money). After waiting on phone for 40 min with Swati goods now dispatched (supposedly)

Jun 13,2023I rang customer help to get the service officer to identify the part I needed, I told her that one of the magnetic discs on the mask had come off. She suggested a part and i agreed to purchase it. It was only after I did some more research that evening that I realised she had identified the wrong part, so I placed a second order in for the right part.

Jun 19,2023It is very simple – what I ordered arrived complete and on time. I should add that another supplier from whom I ordered online sent the order quickly but included three Mentos peppermint sweets which is a simple and inexpensive way to delight the customer. Next time I'll be hoping for a Cherry Ripe.
