Dec 25,2022CPAC conference in Sydney (1-2 OCT) was possibly the best conference my wife and I have ever been to. We were glued to our chairs and did not miss one moment of it(except bathroom break). It was a confirmation to us, that all is not lost, in our increasingly dystopian world.

Dec 21,2022I ordered a product on Monday morning and I payed for express postage. I was guaranteed a 2-3 day delivery. Once the delivery time framed passed and I still had not recieved my product I checked my account and it said “still processing” when I send off a message I got a reply stating that it hadn’t left the warehouse yet. It was vital that I needed my product by the Friday hence why paying for express postage. If you need something quickly I would definitely not recommend CPAP Australia as they love to take their time delivering the goods.

Dec 19,2022I had requested the watertank be removed and the cover plate fitted that I purchased. This did not happen. I also asked for the machine to be preset auto start. This was also not done. Also, the unit and extra items were placed in a large box with no packing could have been easily damaged in arrived in one piece though In the past, you’ve done much better Exact date of purchase, not sure about three weeks ago
