Jun 14,2020I am very unhappy with your customer service return policy. I am still trying to return a SoClean machine. I've been communicating with Greg via e-mail. I purchased a SoClean for my brother who was very ill in the hospital. I was told he was going home with a CPAP but it turned out to be a ventilator and it was incompatible with the SoClean. He never used the machine and I tried to return it. The return address is about 1 mile form where he lives but I am being told it is a shipping warehouse only and doesn't accept walk-ins. My brother is bed ridden so someone else will have to return the machine. But I'm being told to return it via UPS - which is five miles the other direction from his apt. and the warehouse. He doesn't have computer or printer capabilities so he can't print off labels or get packaging. I live on the Outer Banks so I is impossible for me to help.
