Jul 24,2024The new mask does not fit the air tube. When I called CPAP they treated me like an idiot arguing that the insert in the hose comes out to accommodate the different mask connection diameter. I explained that I'd already tried this and this makes the hose connection too big. CPAP insisted to the contrary. I got nowhere, so gave up, and modified the hose myself. Won't be back. Poor service, no interest in helping customers.

Jul 24,2024Michelle from the Essendon clinic is fantastic, really accommodating and informative. I'd definitely recommend the clinic. I received excellent information and advice. The machine I have purchased is also working well for me. I would say that the service was definitely the best part of the experience. I had only just been diagnosed with severe sleep apnea and had not much information and was feeling very sleep deprived. Michelle was extremely patient and went out of her way to provide me with as much as information, support and assistance in learning how to use a CPAP machine as I needed.

Jul 24,2024I tried delivery of an item and it took nearly one month to receive my order. Each time I reached out to CPAP all they did was re-send a copy of the email with the delivery notifications. They could not be bothered to even write an email, look in to it or take any initiative to do anything in assisting me and finding out what was going on, or why the order was taking so long. A complete and utter lack of any form of customer service. So I tried a click and collect. The store didn't even have a copy of my order or any idea of what the order was for. They had to rely on my details from my phone to find out what I had ordered. So I picked up my order and now today I am receiving emails and texts stating that my order is ready for picking up! Seriously people, get your act together. Try opting for customer care and service!
