Jun 29,2020Never received the item... never received any help on retrieving the item. Never received any communication back, when stated I had not received the item and would like a refund. This was a present for my 3year anniversary, ordered almost an entire month in advance. Two months later, no item, no communication, just out the money and out the gift...extremely disappointed.

Jun 28,2020I ordered a keychain for my husband for Father's Day. When ordering it said the product would arrive on time for Father's Day. Father's Day came and went with no package. I reached out for a tracking number. I did receive one. Today is June 29th and there has been no update on my package. I have reached out twice to customer service with no further response. Very dissapointing.
