Jun 22,2020I ordered the Coaster for Fathers Day. The delivery was quick (to France) however I was disappointed with the final product. I was never sent an image of how my coaster would look like and the photo of my daughter was not central and the tip of her head was chopped off. I would have appreciated having the chance to review how it would look so I could choose to change the photo or ask it to be re-centred or moved down a bit.

Jun 22,2020I ordered 2 key rings, 1 was a gift for Fathers Day. 1 I am happy with - it is well made and the picture is of a high quality. The other is unfortunately not of the same standard. The picture is grainy (the photo I sent was of a high quality) and has been cropped oddly. I have sent an email to complain but have not yet had a response.

Jun 23,2020Ordered a keyring for Father’s Day. It was really good quality but the engraving on the back wasn’t set out as I had asked so I got in touch with customer service. They replied really quickly! The layout I wanted was indeed possible so they sent me another out in the post and it arrived within days! Fantastic! However the layout wasn’t right again. I emailed them a couple of times but didn’t get a reply. I had to give the keyring as it was for Father’s Day. A little disappointed as £34 for a keyring isn’t exactly cheap. Still no reply to date.
