Jan 23,2025This is a scam. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I needed help. They should not have asked for money to fix something they have no control over. First of all I thought I was calling Experian to resolve some credit issues but instead I was asked to pay $1 up front to allow them to see my credit report. Then after talking to them for over an hour and them promising they could help they asked for a one time fee of $378 which made me uncomfortable but I really needed help. Then they advised me to get standard scores to monitor my progress for $24.95 a month. A month later they took $99 out of my account without my permission. I just wanted to let people know not to fall for this scam like I did.

Jan 21,2025This company is a fraud. I called what I believed was the Experian customer support number and got these guys. The representative actually said that she worked for Experian. I got suspicious after being on the phone for over an hour with the agent claiming that they were fixing an issue with Experian which was completely false.
