Jan 10,2025I spoke with Katy Ann , She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I called to report something on my credit report that was not me. She walked me through the steps and helped get the process started. In addition she walked me through how to follow up to ensure it was corrected.

Jan 09,2025I’m want to start off by saying that Akeem is a five star employee and y’all should give him a raise. What really made me like working with him was that when he tried to send me a email for the contract, it wouldn’t let me click it. So Akeem read all of the words that were on his screen. He took his time with me and worked with me at his best. One thing I can say is that I’m satisfied especially when he gave me a nice deal! I most definitely want Akeem everytime and I wish their were another 10,000,000,000 in this industry who are this patient with their customers. Thank you Akeem for making this easy for me!!!

Jan 08,2025Pretty sure this is a scam, considering you don't actually have to pay anything to have something dispute it from your credit report. Contact a legitimate creditor such as experian or credit karma

No rush in our conversation on going over all information about my credit. Cleaned up my report in removing all old addresses and reviewing my credit cards in which 2 fraud accounts opened. Jan 10,2025Bruno was very polite, gave information and instructions very clearly, but I since found out I wasn’t talking to an Equifax representative. Because I thought I was speaking to a representative I followed his recommendations which led me to purchase services. That should be free.
