Dec 21,2024The representative was extremely helpful and patient in taking me through the steps to update my profile on my credit report. She helped me with the process of uploading my ID from my computer which is something I was not familiar with how to do.

Dec 20,2024My experience with the Experian Rep, Bruner, was excellent. There were time where I was frustrated due to my own lack of confidence on the computer. Bruner helped me to obtain the needed information to complete the task on his end. It took approximately one and a half hours to finish the job. Phew!!! His patience persevered. Thank you for employing a competent person.
